Allen CITY COUNCIL General Election

City Councils are responsible for overseeing the management of each city, including hiring the city manager, policy and development issues, and setting the budget and tax rate.  Each council member represents the residents and taxpayers in the city and work as a body to benefit the city through their governance.

Regular General Election - Saturday, May 4, 2024 for Councilmember Place No. 1, Place No. 3, and Place No. 5
early voting primary runoff election - may 20-24, 2024
primary runoff election - May 28, 2024
Early Voting Runoff Election - June 3-11, 2024
Runoff Election - Saturday, June 15, 2024 for Councilmember, Place No. 3 and Place No. 5

Allen ISD SCHOOL BOARD Election

The School Board Oversees the management of the school district, including hiring the district’s superintendent, setting the budget and establishing the vision. School board members work with their communities to help parents and taxpayers stay informed on the current issues within their area schools and the district.

Allen ISD Board members are elected at large to three-year terms representing the entire AISD community. Early voting and Election Day polling places are established by the Collin County Elections Administrator. The next election for the Board of Trustees Place Nos. 1, 2, and 3 will take place in May 2024.
