“The Democratic and Republican Primary Runoff Elections in Collin County are being held as two separate elections. The Democratic Party Primary Runoff Election is only in State Senate District 30, and will only be conducted at polling locations within that district. Only eligible voters who reside within State Senate District 30 may vote in the Democratic Party Primary Runoff Election. When you take your vote to the polls, make sure to take one of the following:

Texas driver's license

Texas election identification certificate (EIC) issued by the Department of Public Safety

Texas personal ID card issued by DPS

Texas handgun license issued by DPS

U.S. citizenship certificate containing your photograph

U.S. military ID card containing your photograph

U.S. passport, book or card

With the exception of the U.S. Citizenship Certificate, for voters aged 18-69, the identification must be current or have expired no more than 4 years before being presented for voter qualification at the polling place. Voters aged 70 or older may use one of the seven acceptable forms of photo ID that has expired for any length of time if the identification is otherwise valid.

Election Identification Certificates are available from all DPS driver license offices during regular business hours.
